About the Developer
Vladimir Chemeris · Independent app developer
Hi, I'm Vladimir Chemeris. I build apps alone: design, code, App Store release and support.
Eight of my apps are live across macOS, iOS, iPadOS, visionOS and Android. Network tools form the core of the lineup: an iPerf3 client and server, an MQTT client and Net Ping Monitor.
Why Net Ping Monitor Exists
My video calls kept freezing, and Terminal ping could not tell me who to blame: the router, the provider or the far end. It prints one number at a time and keeps no history.
So I built the tool I wanted on my own Mac: live charts for every host that matters, alerts when one drops, and a record I can show my ISP. That tool became Net Ping Monitor.
I use it every day. Support requests land in my inbox, not in a ticket queue.

- Eight shipped apps for macOS, iOS, iPadOS, visionOS and Android
- Network tools as the specialty: iPerf3 Client & Server, Net Ping Monitor, MQTT Commander
- Privacy by default: monitoring data stays on your Mac
